Welcome to DocuFile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DocuFile platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

6. Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuFile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
